If you bought the product online, and the product is defective or damaged in transit please contact us within 14 days to organize a return of the product (provided we agree that the product is damaged or defective) and we will refund or replace the product. Not for Adult products due to health that customers damaged.

We will also cover the cost of delivery when the product is returned.

We will not, however, refund if the product is returned simply because you have changed your mind.
